SOUND FILES: potential sounds

Warren Spector's SS2 team did something extraordinary in my opinion, they made the equivalent of animated waves.  When one finishes playing , the next in the sequence starts up a few seconds later.  If we can do this in Deus Ex, then we will have no problems at all giving NPC's some damn disturbing things to say.  Otherwise, we have to go about assigning sounds to NPC's however they are assigned in Deus Ex.  Yeah, we will have to credit the SS2 sound team, but it's a small price to pay.  The sounds zipped up here are about 55mb when uncompressed.
Name Kb Description
ambient.zip 5359 Any and all appropriate ambient sounds
Assassin.zip 453 Used by Assassin
Devices.zip 3932 If it can be used, then there might be a sound in here for it.
Fcyborg.zip 1861 Any female cyborg can use these.
Ghosts.zip 2339 To be explained later.  Yes, we will have ghosts (transparent NPC's) or just disembodied voices to lure the character around.
Hits.zip 2328 An assortment of things getting hit by other things.
Humans.zip 1519 Just some interesting sound files.
MCyborg.zip 576 Used by Male Cyborg
PDamage.zip 810 This is an odd bit of hits against the player with a variety of weapons and items.  Start by thinking of someone getting kicked in the nuts repeatedly, then start playing them one after another; you will laugh for days.
Remnant.zip 3602 These are for much later, but if you listen to them you should get the strange sensation that I am nuts...  hee hee.
Robotic.zip 1701 Robotic Voices
Robotic.zip 2066 Assortment of robotic chattering...
Shodan.zip 9845 Anything SHODAN could say is right here.  Yeah, baby.
TheAwakened.zip 6557 These will go hand in hand with the Remnant.zip.  Suffice to say, telepathy works into things much later.
Warnings.zip 164 Just some annoying sounds to let you know you have no ammo, no energy, and need access.
Weapons.zip 1193 Lots of weapon sound effects here.
