Do I HAVE to pay to download?
No. You can still download for free from the "FilePlanet Public Servers" above, but you may have to wait in line and see advertisements. Subscribers to our FilePlanet Personal Server avoid the waits, download from dedicated high bandwidth servers, and get to turn off advertisements.
Why do I have to wait in line for the public servers?
Short answer: Because demand for our free download service is larger than our supply. For a longer and more complete answer, see the "Why do I have to wait in line" FAQ.
Why won't my movie play?
Make sure you have the latest DivX Codec installed (Windows, Linux, Macintosh). Also, if you're trying to play a .mov file, grab the Quicktime Player (Windows, Macintosh).
Can you send me the files I want burned on a CD?
Yes! Just look for the "Burn File on a CD!" link for each file and click on it to add to your custom CD. Get up to 600 MB and we'll ship the CD to your door. International shipping is also available. Get more information.
